In The Amazing Spider-Man, your favorite teen web-slinger is swinging back into action. But this isn't exactly the Peter Parker we remember. This Peter is a little less nerdy, a bit more rebellious and he's crushing on pretty schoolmate Gwen Stacey. Crushing him, though, is a new nemesis called The Lizard.

This spidey reboot has plenty of heroic choices and superhero fun. But parents should pay attention to that tingling spider sense that tells them that there's also lots of violence, a little sensuality and some broken promises making things sticky.
