Vision is listener-supported radio

As are a 'not-for-profit' entity that receives no government funding, you might not realise that the majority of our operating costs are met through donations from individuals - listeners for whom Vision is a key part of their day to day life - so much so that they give of their finances, prayer, time or reputation to ensure we keep broadcasting. People just like you.

Now that says something very powerful about the value of what we're doing for these people. Perhaps you are one of the many thousands across Australia whose life is positively impacted in some way by what we do. Perhaps you're not a listener but believe in what we're doing - either way WE NEED YOU in order to stay on air.

As with any endeavour, capturing the power of communication by radio comes at a cost. Being a mass media, radio happens to be a very efficient means of communication but there are bills to pay - Studio gear, broadcast licence fees, electricity, office space, and salaries for our staff are just some of them. We get no bulk funding from Government. We have no commercial underwriters. The majority of our costs are currently covered by individual donors, business and ministry partners. People just like you
