Hundreds of Christians demonstrated near a large Cairo slum, following the shooting death of a Christian man recently. 
Open Doors' Carl Moeller says tensions are roiling over with the lack of security in the wake of two deadly incidents in two weeks.  
He says there's a need for the church to go deeper underground when it comes to evangelism, to be more cautious.
